Shipping policy

Bela orders are managed, processed and fulfilled by Augmented Instruments Ltd (hereafter "we"). 

Shipping in the UK

Please visit our UK shop at uk.shop.bela.io for orders to the EU.

Shipping to the EU

Please visit our EU shop at eu.shop.bela.io for orders to the EU.

Shipping to the rest of the world

All Bela orders outside the UK and EU are sent with tracked and signed shipping. Due to the risk of packages being lost or delayed by customs policies over which we have no control, we prefer to always ship with tracking although low value orders can on occasion be sent without tracking.

Customs, VAT and import duty

Please note that if you’re outside of the UK or EU you may be liable for import duties, sales tax, or customs processing fees. It’s your responsibility to ensure you’re aware of the local requirements for importing goods from the UK to your location. We cannot offer any refunds due to unexpected charges applied locally.

We are required to include a commercial invoice with all shipments. We will never falsely report the value or contents of a shipment.

When we ship

Bela orders are shipped once a week on Wednesdays. Your order will ship from London, UK or Barcelona, Spain.

At this moment in time we are unable to accommodate rush deliveries. Good things come to those who wait.
